Excellent hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed its perfect and amazing location.
They gave me reasonably large and huge room with good facilities, brand new bathrooms, for example. The food was outstanding in the restaurant. Location: the hotel was close enough to the centre of Vratsa, mountain, and a canal that's 1-1.5m deep and around 20cm wide. The pool was lovely and I had good drinks in the outdoor bar.

The hotel is a nice place for discovering Vratsa with very polite and welcoming staff. The location is great, close to the foothills of the mountains, the downtown, and pedestrian zone.

The location was good and quite modern for the area.
I was surprised that the reception did not speak much English and that the dining staff did not speak any English. They like to have late night parties, until 5.00am and the disco is extremely loud.

Good location.
We paid for luxury room with double bed but when we walked in the room we realised this is a regular room. The stuff in the restaurant was not very friendly and the breakfast was extremely poor

The hotel's location was fantastic, situated in a pedestrian zone. Our bright double room had higher beds, big windows, and offered a great view.

Good location
No air conditioning and the rooms get very warm making it very uncomfortable at night.

The pool/spa facilities were great as well as the breakfast option(more than the regular hotel) and dining ambiance. The location on христо ботев square was also a fantastic view.
The room was great and the only thing noticed were a few small stains on the floor, understandably. It was a great stay and we look forward to returning!

Great views from the room facing the main square and convenient location in the center of town. Finding the place with sat nav was easy. The room was comfortable and had a huge double bed. The staff, especially the car parking attendant, were friendly and helpful.
The noise from the disco was unbearable and kept us awake until the early hours of the morning. The lack of English-speaking staff made communication difficult.

Reception staff helpful, new spa facility built.
Poor customer service ethos in restaurant and housekeeping, stayed two nights bed not made after night one. Staff sitting eating and drinking had to search for someone in the restraint to pay the bill. Second stay here last time toilet leaking across the floor. Tired decoration slightly sleazy look now

This hotel was in a prime location, making it easy to explore the city. the pool and gym were a great way to relax and stay active during my trip.
The hotel could use some maintenance and updates. the bathroom had a musty smell, and my bed had some stains and rips in the sheets.
